What is a dry bar?

A dry bar means that the customer provides the alcohol. Per state law, we cannot purchase or sell any alcohol. But don't worry; we provide consultation services on helping you choose the type and amount of beverages you wish to have at your event.

This process allows you to keep any left over alcohol after your event, unlike traditional bar/catering services.

If we’re not having alcohol at our event can we still use the Airstream?

​Absolutely! We can use our trailer for any idea you choose. We have many mocktails recipes, or we can service a lemonade stand, tea, coffee, hot cocoa or anything else you desire.

What size events can you handle?

W.O.W. can provide a great time for 10 to 500 guests.  Our custom Airstream was designed to blend in for intimate gatherings and be able to handle the workload for larger groups. The skies the limit. Just ask!

Does W.O.W. provide staff and bartenders?

YES!  We staff the event based upon how many people you have.

Are you insured?

Yes!  We have general and liquor liability.  Also, we check ID’s and are ServSafe certified.

Where are you located?

 W.O.W is based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. The great thing is we are mobile and travel all around the Tampa Bay area, surrounding counties, and Central Florida. Our first 20 miles are free of charge, and we charge a $2.50 per/mile, calculated both ways, for anything greater than 20 miles from 33705. Anything exceeding a 3 hour drive, will require an additional $150 for lodging accommodations.

How soon should we book a bartender?

As soon as possible! Our calendar fills up fast! A 50% non - refundable retainer and signed contract must be in place to secure a date. This deposit will go towards your final payment. Unfortunately, since we block out your date specifically from further inquiries, we do not offer a deposit refund on cancellations.

How do you park the trailer?

Our custom 1962 trailer is beautiful but finicky. The bar opening is on the same side as the driver, or the left hand side if looking from above.  Thus, when planning events and parking locations, this is important as we can back into driveways or spaces, or pull in head first, but we may have to leave the trailer hitched to the truck.  Flat ground and open space is also helpful, but we are becoming pros at fitting W.OW.  into tight spaces.

Do you need electricity?

​An outlet would be ideal, we always bring extension cords.  We may also provide a generator if no access to electrical for $125.00.
